About me

Nelson Szeto, MCP, RCC

I have spent over 20 years working in different capacities with children, adults, and families. My experiences including working in school settings, home settings, health authorities, non-profit agencies, for-profit practices, employee assistance programs, community centres, and government agencies.

I will spend time to understand you and your situation in a safe and client-centered approach so that we can find ways to create the life you always wanted and needed. My approach is attachment-based, trauma-informed/sensitive, neuroscience/evidence-based with a focus on insight (emotion and cognitive awareness and shifts) and behavioural changes.
